to provide quality control of the finished document. A tailor-made TQM (Total
Quality Management) is applied to ensure consistently excellent translation
quality, and can be illustrated as follows:
Reception:
:: Customer’s arrival/contact for translation;
:: Warm reception by the helpful and courteous customer service;
:: Registration for translation.
Translation procedure:
:: First draft by a staff member, translating from his/her native
language,
with the presentation and layout of the translated document following
that of the original;
:: Crosschecking by another staff member of his/her native language,
ensuring accuracy, consistency and quality of the translation; if there
are any queries, each team member works closely with clients at each
stage of the translation production process;
:: Double-checking and proofreading with track changes by a native
expert of the target language, to ensure the highest quality of the
product delivered;

Accepting/rejecting/revising the tracked changes by the drafter or the
person crosschecking to ensure that no correction or suggestion leads
to mistranslation or misinterpretation of the translated version and the
original.
